Take Love is a short-term ministry and compassion program of African Bible Colleges. African Bible Colleges has been operating Christian colleges in Africa for 35 years. Currently, we have over 70 experienced missionaries, educators, and volunteers working in Africa. In addition to running the universities in Malawi, Liberia and Uganda, ABC also operates 3 Christian radio stations, an international K-12 academy, as well as a hospital.
We have taken our years of experience in hosting short-term ministry teams, along with our Student Sponsorship Program, and combined them into a unique experience designed for college students where they have the opportunity to take the love of Christ to the people of Africa, to experience first-hand the hardships that people in Africa face, and to have a part in changing their lives forever. We are also confident that this trip to Africa will change your life as well. Your outlook on the world, your perspective on missions, and your appreciation for what God is doing in the world will never be the same. Young people in Africa are DESPERATE for higher education, and are eager for the kind of education we offer at African Bible Colleges. Our students cannot cover the cost of tuition on their own, so they need our help.
That’s where your trip can make a real and lasting difference. In addition to raising funds for your own trip, we are asking you to find four sponsors to help an African student at one of our colleges. It only takes four sponsors at $39 a month (12-month commitment) to help put a student through one year at ABC. By helping to sponsor a student, you can help change their life forever; as well as give them the experience and education needed to touch thousands of people and to help transform a broken continent.
Trip cost includes airfare, all in-country expenses (food, lodging, transportation, and excursions), and MedEvac insurance.
